  1. No-Show / Ghost Option

    If a client schedules or never responds to any communication and all the matched consultants put this options then the project should be removed from the metrics. This is not currently an option when closing a project.

    Give some visibility into the programs metrics and average consultant metrics on the number of projects and pricing/payout amounts. This will help consultants to understand where they sit and seek out additional ways to improve the program.

  5. Pull in/select LinkedIn recommendation as testimonials into PP profile

    Some clients aren't willing to create an account on PP to write a testimonial, or where customers before or outside of PP. Nevertheless, a great project was delivered. Pulling in LinkedIn recommendation would close this gap and are legit/valuable displays of ones cababilities. It might be sensible to add an addition layer so that it can't be gamed. E.g. recommendation has to have a certain age and/or goes through a manual approval on PPs side.

  11. Request for New "Support" Tag Implementation

    Could your team consider implementing a new tag similar to "Closed"? This new tag, labeled "Support," would allow us to identify emails requiring Brevo Support intervention. Once marked as "Support," we could automate an email response redirecting users to our team. Additionally, the tag could be automatically applied whenever a partner selects "Support." This feature would enhance efficiency and streamline communication with partners.

  12. Ability for partners to reply to reviews

    We would love for partners to have the ability to reply to their client reviews. We have partners asking to reply to both positive and negative reviews.

  13. Retroduce a rematch after a period of inactivity if partners do not take initial action

    In case partners don't take action on the project, neither accept nor decline it, it would be helpful to introduce a rematch after a certain period of no action.

  14. Designate a Primary Contact for a Partner

    We need to be able to Designate a Primary Contact for a partner in the Partners Profile Often (especially on app partners) there can be 100 contacts - this is not super useful when pulling data or trying to contact the main point of contact to get information on the partnership

  15. Please move Contact requests back to its own spot on the side panel (not in a menu)

    Can you please move the Contact requests page back to its own/separate spot in the side panel like it was previously? Not under the Service partner directory. The Matchmaking requests page is on its own, and Contact requests used to be like that as well, but Contact requests was recently relocated under the Service partner directory. I'm having to do a ton of extra clicking now, as the Service partner directory collapses when you click elsewhere and has to be re-expanded each time to get back to Contact requests. Thank you!
