Only connect a customer to 1 agency at a time. Let them do the pitching. If the customer is not happy with the 1, allow them to ask to be rematched to another agency. Make sure the customer knows that if they aren't happy they can rematch at any time. This is to help avoid decision paralysis when they get 2 different scopes from 2 different agencies. They end up dropping the job cause it's too much, or they just pick the cheapest option even if that doesn't truly solve what they are looking for. By only connecting them to one at a time, they can fully review a single scope, compare it to their budget, and assess if it solves their needs. If not, then rematch!

Would help to respond to requests faster if we could access PP via mobile.
