  1. Analytics & reporting

    It would be useful to have some basic analytics and reporting; to know how many clicks each partner has received, for example. This is data that could be shared with out partners.

  2. Add notification to admin when new profile gets to 100% completion

    We don't add a lot of new partners but when we do, I have to remember to check every day to see if they are done. Sometimes work gets in the way and I forget - meaning the partner has to bug me to make their profile public. This is not a great experience for our partner managers or our partners. Thanks for your consideration!

  3. Make the partner listing changelog available to admins

    It would be useful to see who has made recent changes to a partner listing (and what those changes were), to keep track on what information is updated and by whom. One time the wrong logo was added to a partner listing, and we were not able to track how that happened (if it was a bug or human error).

  5. More style options in the Description section

    Right now, it's just a giant block of text of up to 2500 characters. It's hard to distinguish different points and organize without formatting options such as headings, font sizes, colors, indentations.

  6. No-Show / Ghost Option

    If a client schedules or never responds to any communication and all the matched consultants put this options then the project should be removed from the metrics. This is not currently an option when closing a project.

    Give some visibility into the programs metrics and average consultant metrics on the number of projects and pricing/payout amounts. This will help consultants to understand where they sit and seek out additional ways to improve the program.

    Webhook so that when events happen such as getting matched we can send a custom email to the client or if we close a project we can trigger a testimony or follow up with a funnel to continue to sell services.

    If we accept a project and then want to refer the project to another consultant we should be able to do so when we close/decline the project.

    We would love for partners to have the ability to reply to their client reviews. We have partners asking to reply to both positive and negative reviews.

  14. Pull in/select LinkedIn recommendation as testimonials into PP profile

    Some clients aren't willing to create an account on PP to write a testimonial, or where customers before or outside of PP. Nevertheless, a great project was delivered. Pulling in LinkedIn recommendation would close this gap and are legit/valuable displays of ones cababilities. It might be sensible to add an addition layer so that it can't be gamed. E.g. recommendation has to have a certain age and/or goes through a manual approval on PPs side.

  15. Add Option in Lost/Disqualify for "another consultant is a better fit"

    Have the ability to turn down a project because another consultant would be a better fit, not because we don't have capacity. We should also be able to refer the project to a specific consultant if selecting this option.
